建筑反射隔热涂料经人工气候老化后的光热性能实验研究

摘  要:为了分析建筑反射隔热涂料受气候作用影响后光热性能的变化,本文实验模拟了曝露辐射、高温、淋水、冻融的自然气候条件,对反射隔热涂料试样进行人工气候老化处理。实验测试了老化处理前后试样的光谱反射比,计算出相关光热性能参数,对比了老化处理前后的量值变化。研究表明,试样经人工气候作用老化后,在300nm~2500nm波段其光谱反射比降低,太阳光反射比由93%降低至81%,近红外反射比由95%降低至83%,其反射太阳光辐射量的能力降低;在4.5μm~25μm波段的光谱反射比升高,半球发射率由95%降低至93%,以热辐射形式向外界传递太阳光辐射能量的能力变化不明显。In order to analyze the changes in the photothermal properties of building reflective insulation coatings after being affected by climatic factors,this paper experimentally simulated natural climatic conditions of exposure radiation,high temperature,water spraying,and freeze-thaw cycles,and conducted artificial weathering treatment on the samples of reflective insulation coatings.The spectral reflectance of the samples before and after aging treatment was tested in the experiment,and relevant photothermal performance parameters were calculated,and the value changes before and after the aging treatment were compared.The results show that after the artificial weathering,the spectral reflectance of the samples in the 300 nm~2500 nm band decreases,with the solar reflectance from 93%to 81%,and the near-infrared reflectance decreasing from 95%to 83%,indicating a reduction in ability to reflect solar radiation.In the 4.5μm~25μm band,the spectral reflectance increases,and the hemispherical emissivity decreases from 95%to 93%,with no significant change in the ability to transfer solar radiation energy to the outside in the form of thermal radiation.
