基于归属感的棚户区改造规划研究——以贵州省六盘水市六枝特区城市棚户区改造项目为例

摘　　要：本文基于归属感的视角,对六枝特区那固片区城市棚户区改造项目进行了深入研究。通过现状分析,揭示了棚户区居民归属感缺失的问题及其规划根源。在此基础上,提出了归属感导向的棚户区改造规划策略,旨在通过空间布局优化、公共设施提升、安全环境构建和生活环境美化等措施,增强居民的识别感、交流感、安全感和舒适感,从而构建具有强烈归属感的城市社区。研究结果表明,归属感是城市社区规划不可或缺的重要元素,对于提升居民生活质量、促进社区和谐与可持续发展具有重要意义。Based on the perspective of sense of belonging,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the urban shantytown reconstruction project in Nu area of Liuzhi Special Zone.Through the analysis of the current situation,it reveals the problem of the lack of belonging of shantytown residents and their planning root.On this basis,the sense of belonging oriented shantytown reconstruction planning strategy is put forward,aiming to enhance residents’sense of recognition,communication,security and comfort through the optimization of spatial layout,public facilities improvement,safe environment construction and living environment beautification,so as to build an urban community with a strong sense of belonging.The results show that the sense of belonging is an indispensable element in urban community planning,which is of great significance for improving the quality of life and promoting community harmony and sustainable development.
