摘 要:对超限尺寸门刚结构的实际厂房,应用中外钢结构防火技术规范(GB51249-2017和EC3),取不同火源及位置,进行火灾模拟仿真计算对比分析,并得出结论:当结构平均温度超过300℃后,选用EC3计算的位移逐步超过选用GB51249-2017计算的位移,且随着温度增加,差距逐渐增大。在此温度之前,二者几乎完全一致;选用GB51249-2017计算得到的结构应力和内力值,要普遍大于选用EC3规范计算所得。当火源位置不同时,应用EC3和GB51249-2017计算所得的位移和应力的差异也不尽相同。在做防火设计的时候,应该注意充分认识到上述规范的差异。Comparison and analysis of simulation computing by applying Chinese and Foreign fire resistant code of steel structure,which are GB51249-2017 and EC3,concerning to real warehouse of oversize steel frame under different size and location of fire,and draw the conclusion that when the average temperature of the structure is above three hundreds degrees,the displacement calculated by EC3 begin to beyond which calculated by GB51249-2017.and difference becomes larger and larger with the increasement of temperature.Meanwhile when temperature is below three hundreds degree,the difference is very small.The stress and inner-force calculated by GB51249-2017 is larger than which calculated by EC3 under most fire conditions.When theflame center location is different,the difference of displacement,stress and inner-force calculated by EC3 and GB51249-2017 is also different.So for the fireproof design,the difference between EC3 and GB51249-2017 should be fully aware of.
