超大吨位转体斜拉桥静动力试验研究

摘  要:本文基于桥梁设计规范及荷载试验要求,对某上跨铁路双塔单索面预应力混凝土转体斜拉桥进行静动力试验。通过采集应力、应变、挠度、位移、索力及裂缝等数据,分析桥梁受迫振动特性、自振特性及动荷载响应。试验结果表明:桥梁实际刚度优于设计理论值,静载校验系数符合规范要求(0.70~0.88),动力性能良好,冲击系数最高为0.26,试验过程中未发现裂缝。研究成果为类似工程提供设计优化与施工参考。This article is based on bridge design specifications and load test requirements,and conducts static and dynamic tests on a prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with double towers and single cable planes that spans a railway.By collecting data on stress,strain,deflection,displacement,cable tension,and cracks,analyze the forced vibration characteristics,natural vibration characteristics,and dynamic load response of bridges.The test results show that the actual stiffness of the bridge is better than the design theoretical value,the static load verification coefficient meets the specification requirements(0.70-0.88),the dynamic performance is good,the highest impact coefficient is 0.26,and no cracks were found during the test.The research results provide design optimization and construction references for similar projects.
