摘 要:【目的】研究丙烯酸系氢型和钠型凝胶吸附剂吸附染料能力和性质差异【方法】以丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为合成原料,设置丙烯酸中和度为0和100%,采用水溶液接枝共聚法制备了氢型凝胶吸附剂P(AA/AM)和钠型凝胶吸附剂P(AANa/AM),对比2种吸附剂对亚甲基蓝(MB)的去除率和吸水量。【结果】结果表明,P(AA/AM)和P(AANa/AM)吸附剂摇瓶试验对1 mg/L MB去除率分别为87.70%和90.18%,对20 mg/L MB去除率分别为86.24%和97.82%,对200mg/L MB去除率分别为84.49%和98.94%,柱吸附试验对20 mg/L MB去除率分别为37.16%和96.25%,说明羧酸钠官能团(—COONa)对MB的吸附能力高于羧基官能团(—COOH)。P(AA/AM)和P(AANa/AM)在去离子水中的吸水倍率分别为8.07 g/g和52.62 g/g,在20 mg/L MB溶液中的吸水倍率分别为7.90 g/g和52.47 g/g,凝胶型吸附剂在溶液中同样存在吸水特征,说明—COONa结合水分子能力显著强于—COOH,且P(AANa/AM)吸附剂吸附MB后观察到规则致密的网状结构,有利于染料分子更好地向凝胶颗粒内部扩散。【结论】共同证实AA系钠型凝胶吸附剂吸附染料和吸水能力均高于氢型凝胶吸附剂。[Objective]The difference of dye adsorption capacity and property between H and Na types gel adsorbents of acrylic acid system is studied.[Methods]These two adsorbents were synthesized with acrylic acid(AA)and acrylamide(AM)by graft copolymerization method in solution.And the neutralization degree of AA was set as 0 and 100%,which were corresponding to H tupe gel adsorbent of P(AA/AM)and Na type gel adsorbent of P(AANa/AM).The shaking flask and column filling experiments were conducted simultaneously to compare the removal rates for methylene blue(MB)and water absorbency of these two adsorbents.[Results]Result demonstrated that removal rates to 1 mg/L MB by P(AA/AM)and P(AANa/AM)were 87.70%and 90.18%,respectively.Removal rates to 20 mg/L MB were 86.24%and 97.82%in shaking experiment.Removal rates to 20 mg/L MB were 37.16%and 96.25%in column loading experiments.These result confirmed that the ability of adsorbing MB for sodium carboxylate group(—COONa)was higher than that for carboxyl group(—COOH).Water absorbency of P(AA/AM)and P(AANa/AM)were 8.07 g/g and 52.62 g/g in distilled water,7.90 g/g and 52.47 g/g in 20 mg/L MB solution.The gel adsorbent also exhibited the swelling characteristic in solution.Thes result confirmed that the ability of absorbing water for—COONa was higher than that for—COOH.Meanwhile,a regular and dense network structure was observed for P(AANa/AM)after adsorbing MB.This structure was conductive to the diffusion for dye molecule into the inner of gel particle.[Conclusion]Thus,the ability of adsorbing dye and absorbing water for Na type gel adsorbent are both higher than those for H type gel adsorbent with acrylic acid.
