摘 要:黑色素瘤是一种具有高度侵袭性的皮肤黏膜恶性疾病,一旦发生转移患者预后差。随着免疫治疗的兴起,晚期黑色素瘤患者的预后得到改善,同时随着放疗技术的提升,转移灶的治疗趋向于精准而有效,放疗暴露肿瘤抗原,调节肿瘤免疫微环境的特性被认为能够提升免疫治疗效果,而免疫治疗可以提升黑色素瘤的放射敏感性。本文旨在阐述放疗联合免疫治疗的生物学原理、免疫治疗与放疗热点问题及最新进展,并介绍黑色素瘤不同转移部位放疗与免疫治疗结合的情况及效果,为进一步探索转移性黑色素瘤提供新的思路。Melanoma is a highly invasive malignant disease of the skin and mucous membranes.The prognosis is poor in metastatic patients.With the rise of immunotherapy,the prognosis of patients with advanced melanoma has been improved.Meanwhile,along with the progression of radiotherapy techniques,the treatment of metastatic lesions are becoming precise and effective.The characteristics of radiotherapy,such as exposing tumor antigens and regulating the tumor immune microenvironment,are believed to be able to enhance the effect of immunotherapy.And immunotherapy can improve the radiosensitivity of melanoma.This article aims to elaborate on the biological principles of radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy,introduce the hot issues and the latest progress in immunotherapy and radiotherapy,and present the situation and effects of the combination of radiotherapy and immunotherapy in different metastatic sites of melanoma,so as to provide new ideas for further exploration of metastatic melanoma.
