摘　　要：患者男,35岁。左[母]趾甲外侧缘色素带2年。皮肤科检查:左[母]趾甲外侧缘可见色素带,棕黑色,宽度约2 mm,境界清楚,哈钦森征阴性;皮损病理组织学检查显示:表皮下可见多个表皮样囊肿结构,内含角化性物质,无颗粒层。诊断:甲鞘囊肿。甲色素带采用Winograd术式切除,术后随访1年,未见复发。A 35 years old male patient presented with pigmented zone at lateral edge of left great toenail for 2 years.Dermatological examination:There is a pigmentation band visible at the lateral edge of left great toenail,brown and black with a width of about 2mm.The boundary is clear and Hutchinson′s sign is negative.Histopathological examination shows:Several epidermoid cysts were found under the epidermis,containing keratinizing substances,and there is no stratum granulosum.Diagnosis:onycholemmal cyst.The toenail pigment belt uses Winograd resection.It follows one year after surgery and no recurrence is seen.
