摘　　要：患者女,68岁,全身起红色斑丘疹、水疱3个月,加重2周。实验室检查:ANA抗体、抗SSB抗体与类风湿因子阳性。右下肢皮损组织病理检查结果示:表皮变薄,颗粒层缺失,少量基底细胞液化变性,表皮及真皮浅层可见急慢性炎症细胞浸润。根据临床表现、实验室检查、组织病理予以诊断:Rowell综合征。给予甲泼尼龙、羟氯喹、盐酸莫西沙星、康复新液治疗14 d后,面部蝶形红斑消退,原皮损面积缩小,颜色变淡,无复发。目前患者随访1年余,皮损控制尚可,仍持续口服甲泼尼龙20 mg/d。A 68-year-old female patient had a red maculopapular rash and blisters all over her body for 3 months,aggravated for 2 weeks.Laboratory tests showed positive ANA antibodies,anti-SSB antibodies,and rheumatoid factor.Histopathology of the right lower limb lesion showed:thinning of the epidermis,loss of the granular layer,liquefaction and degeneration of a small number of basal cells,and acute and chronic inflammatory cellular infiltration was seen in the superficial layers of the epidermis and dermis.The diagnosis of Ro well′s syndrome was made on the basis of the patient′s clinical presentation,laboratory examination,and histopathology.After 14 days of treatment with methylprednisolone,hydroxychloroquine,moxifloxacin hydrochloride,and rehabilitation new liquid,the butterfly-shaped erythema on the face subsided,and the original lesion area decreased in size and became lighter in color without recurrence.Currently,the patient has been followed up for more than 1 year with fair control of the lesions and is still taking orally methylprednisolone 20 mg/d.
