摘　　要：前置装配模式将产品的组装与交付环节外包给第三方物流,是制造企业实现大规模定制战略的有效途径之一。针对前置装配模式下同时存在标准件和定制件订单的车辆路径配送问题,以最小化车辆派遣和行驶成本为目标,引入定制件组装延迟的特殊约束,分别构建混载和分开两种配送策略下的混合整数规划模型。根据问题特点设计结合顾客相似度判断与大邻域搜索的改进遗传算法进行求解,不同规模的算例测试验证了模型和算法的有效性。敏感性测试结果表明,企业应根据不同的订单规模选择不同的配送策略以节省配送成本,所节省的配送成本会随定制件比例变化呈现不同变化规律。Outsourcing the assembly and delivery of products to third-party logistics through the forward-assemble mode is one of the effective ways for the manufacturing industry to achieve mass customization. To solve the customized product delivery problem with both standard and customized orders under the forward-assemble mode, with the aim of minimizing the total cost of vehicle dispatching and distribution, and considering the assembly delay as a specific constraint, two mixed-integer programming models for the mixed-loading and separated-loading delivery strategies were developed separately. An improved genetic algorithm incorporating customer similarity assessment and large neighborhood search was designed to solve the problem. Different scales of numerical tests verified the effectiveness of the models and algorithm. Sensitivity tests indicate that logistics enterprises should select different delivery strategies based on the order volume to reduce delivery costs, and the extent of cost savings varies with the proportion of customized orders.
