Closed-loop Supply Chain Decisions and Coordination of New Energy Vehicle Power Battery under Cost-sharing Contract

摘  要:为推动报废汽车零部件的再制造和退役动力电池的梯次利用,本文研究了回收成本分担下新能源汽车动力电池闭环供应链的决策与协调问题,建立了由新能源汽车制造商和动力电池供应商构成的闭环供应链决策模型,电池供应商向汽车制造商提供动力电池,汽车制造商负责汽车的生产和回收,并通过其零部件的再制造和动力电池的梯次利用降低成本。本文分别分析了有无回收成本分担的情形,探讨了回收成本分担对经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的影响。结果表明:回收成本分担总能提高废旧品的回收率、消费者剩余和汽车制造商的利润;当回收投资成本系数较小时,回收成本分担总能提高电池供应商的利润;汽车制造商承担回收成本的比例至少高于2/3才能使整个闭环供应链受益;在一定条件下,回收成本分担能够降低环境影响并提高社会福利;基于纳什讨价还价模型设计了回收成本分担补偿机制,该机制能够实现帕累托改进。To promote the remanufacturing of end-of-life parts of vehicles and the echelon utilization of retired power batteries, the decisions and coordination of closed-loop supply chain(CLSC) of new energy vehicles under cost-sharing contract were studied. A CLSC decision-making model composed of a new energy vehicle manufacturer and a battery supplier was developed. The battery supplier provided power batteries for the vehicle manufacturer, and the vehicle manufacturer was responsible for production and collection. Its costs were thereby reduced by parts remanufacturing and echelon utilization of batteries.The scenarios without and with cost-sharing contract were analyzed, and then the impact of cost-sharing contract on economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits was discussed. The results show that, the cost-sharing contract can always improve the collection rate of used products, consumer surplus and the profits of the vehicle manufacturer. When the collection cost investment coefficient is relatively small, the cost-sharing contract can always improve the profit of the battery supplier. The vehicle manufacturer must share a collection cost ratio of at least 2/3 to benefit the entire CLSC. Under a certain condition, the cost-sharing contract can reduce environmental impacts and improve social welfare. Based on Nash bargaining model, a cost-sharing compensation mechanism was designed to achieve Pareto improvement.
