多措并举进一步推进中国特色创伤医学学科体系建设的思考

摘　　要：中国特色创伤医学学科体系建设是一个不断发展和完善的过程。笔者就多种形式并举进一步推进我国创伤医学学科体系健康发展所涉及的学科体系构建、创伤救治流程优化、临床创伤治疗专科的制度化建设、创新人才培养、突破传统认识和创新救援理论、提升救援技术和装备研发能力、创伤救治成果快速转化、全民创伤救治培训和常态化救援演习等8个方面进行论述,以期为建设好中国特色创伤医学学科体系提供参考。The construction of the discipline system of trauma medicine with Chinese characteristics is a continuous process of development and improvement.In the paper,the author discussed the eight aspects concerning further promotion of the construction of the discipline system of trauma medicine with Chinese characteristics including the construction of the discipline system,development of trauma care procedure,institutional construction of the specialty of clinical trauma care,cultivation of innovative talents,breakthrough of traditional concepts and innovation of first-aid theories,improvement of rescue technology and equipment development capabilities,efficient transformation of trauma care achievements,nationwide trauma care training and regular first-aid exercises,aiming to provide reference for construction of the discipline system of trauma medicine with Chinese characteristics.
