摘 要:试验旨在针对不同体重的肉鸡,在夏季热应激条件下饲喂不同能量水平的日粮,比较其生长性能和屠宰性能的变化。选择63日龄高体重(1 001.0±0.6) g和低体重(818.0±0.4) g岭南黄鸡3号母鸡各240只,2组鸡分别饲喂代谢能为13.39 MJ/kg和12.76 MJ/kg的2种日粮,试验共4个处理组(Ⅰ组:低能量日粮+高体重;Ⅱ组:低能量日粮+低体重;Ⅲ组:高能量日粮+高体重;Ⅳ组:高能量日粮+低体重),每个处理6个重复,每个重复20只鸡,试验期55 d。结果表明:日粮能量水平的变化对不同体重热应激肉鸡70~125日龄采食量、99~125日龄料重比有显著影响(P<0.05);能量水平对不同体重热应激肉鸡屠宰性能指标无显著影响(P>0.05),但高能量水平日粮对肉鸡屠体率有增加的趋势(P=0.071)。不同起始体重的肉鸡125日龄屠宰率、腹脂率之间具有显著差异(P<0.05),起始体重越大,屠宰率、腹脂率越高;高体重肉鸡的饲料成本显著高于低体重肉鸡(P<0.05)。综上所述,(1)在高温环境调整能量水平不能显著改善肉鸡上市体重,但是会显著影响其采食量和料重比,从而提高肉鸡生产的养殖效益;(2)高体重的肉鸡采食量、上市体重、全净膛率、腿肌率等均优于低体重肉鸡。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different energy levels in diets on the growth performance and slaughter performance of broilers with different body weights under summer heat stress con-ditions.A total of 480 female No.3 Lingnan Yellow chickens at 63 days of age,with high body weight(1001.0±0.6)g and low body weight(818.0±0.4)g,were selected and divided into two groups.Each group was fed two types of diets with metabolizable energy levels of 13.39 MJ/kg and 12.76 MJ/kg,respectively.There were four treatment groups(GroupⅠ:low energy diet+high body weight,GroupⅡ:low energy diet+low body weight,GroupⅢ:high energy diet+high body weight,GroupⅣ:high energy diet+low body weight),with six replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate.The experimental period was 55 days.The results showed that the changes in dietary energy levels had significant effects on the feed intake of broilers with different body weights from 70 to 125 days of age and the feed conversion ratio from 99 to 125 days of age(P<0.05).The energy levels had no significant effect on the slaughter performance indicators of broilers with different body weights under heat stress(P>0.05),but there was a tendency for high energy level diets to increase the carcass rate of broilers(P=0.071).There were significant differences in the slaughter rate and abdominal fat rate of broilers at 125 days of age with different initial body weights(P<0.05),and the higher the initial body weight,the higher the slaughter rate and abdominal fat rate.The feed cost of high body weight broilers was significantly higher than that of low body weight broilers(P<0.05).In conclusion,①adjusting the energy level in high-temperature environments cannot significantly improve the market weight of broilers,but it can significantly affect their feed intake and feed conversion ratio,thereby improving the production efficiency of broiler farming;②high body weight broilers have better feed intake,market weight,full carcass rate,and leg muscle rate than
