集句视野中的张作楠《补宋潜溪唐仲友补传》

摘　　要：《补宋潜溪唐仲友补传》一卷是清道光年间金华人张作楠为南宋著名金华学者唐仲友所作的长篇传记,因为是补明初宋濂《唐仲友补传》之亡佚,故又被简称为《补补传》。《补补传》最突出的特点之一是“集句成篇,字字有据,珠连绳贯,妙若天然”,这使其成为清代集句文的重要组成部分。但是,深入一层考察,《补补传》没有严格遵守集句规范,主要表现为改动原文、集句基本单位的放大和集句范围的“量身定制”,所以其并非严格意义上的集句文,应将其定位为非典型集句。这种非典型集句并非张作楠的独创,而是“仿国史馆集句体”,是对阮元《儒林传稿》所开创的“《国史儒林传》集句之法”的明确模仿和接受,在集句史上有重要的意义。The one-volume Supplementary Biography of Tang Zhongyou to Complement Song Qianxi’s Work is a lengthy biography written by Zhang Zuonan,a native of Jinhua during the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty,for Tang Zhongyou,a renowned scholar from Jinhua in the Southern Song Dynasty.Because it complements the lost Supplementary Biography of Tang Zhongyou by Song Lian from the early Ming Dynasty,it is also abbreviated as‘Supplement to the Supplement.’One of the most prominent features of‘Supplement to the Supplement’is its“compilation of verses into a coherent narrative,with every word grounded in evidence,linked like pearls on a string,and naturally ingenious,”making it an important part of the anthologized verse compositions of the Qing Dynasty.However,upon further examination,‘Supplement to the Supplement’does not strictly adhere to the norms of anthologized verse composition,mainly manifested in modifications to the original text,enlargement of the basic unit of anthologized verses,and“tailor-made”scope of verse collection.Therefore,it is not an anthologized verse composition in the strict sense and should be classified as an atypical anthologized verse.This atypical anthologized verse is not an original creation of Zhang Zuonan but a“imitation of the anthologized verse style of the National History Office,”a clear imitation and acceptance of the“method of anthologized verse composition in the Biography of Confucian Scholars in the National History”initiated by Ruan Yuan in his Draft of the Biography of Confucian Scholars.It holds significant importance in the history of anthologized verse composition.
