摘  要:基于环境干扰、传感器故障、数据传输错误等原因,电力设备RFID传感器数据可能存在噪声、漂移或失真,无法确保传感器数据的可靠性。为此,提出了基于数字孪生技术的电力设备RFID传感器数据可靠性分析方法。通过分析RFID传感器的热传导路径以及接触电阻,构建传感器孪生模型,实现对传感器内部温度场的分析。在此基础上,从时间和空间两个维度选取传感器数据可靠性分析指标,结合数字孪生模型输出数据的置信度,对数据可靠度进行计算。实验结果表明,本方法对传感器数据的可靠性评估期望误差值较低,能够有效提高电力设备RFID传感器数据可靠性分析精度。Due to environmental interference,sensor failures,data transmission errors,and other reasons,the RFID sensor data of power equipment may have noise,drift,or distortion,which cannot ensure the reliability of the sensor data.Therefore,a reliability analysis method for RFID sensor data of power equipment based on digital twin technology is proposed.By analyzing the thermal conduction path and contact resistance of RFID sensors,a sensor twin model is constructed to analyze the internal temperature field of the sensor.On this basis,the reliability analysis indicators of sensor data are selected from both temporal and spatial dimensions,and combined with the confidence level of the digital twin model output data,the data reliability is calculated.The experimental results show that the expected error value of the reliability evaluation of sensor data using this method is low,and it can effectively improve the reliability analysis accuracy of RFID sensor data for power equipment.
