摘  要:在数字孪生技术迅速发展且与制造业结合愈发紧密的背景下,针对包装车间生产状态实时可视化监控、数据分析、故障诊断等需求,设计了一种基于数字孪生的包装车间监测平台。从车间元素、运行逻辑、生产状态多个方向对包装车间实体对象进行孪生建模。基于TCP/IP的数据采集传输,现实物理行为的虚拟环境仿真,孪生车间数据实时驱动等技术,实现了包装车间设备状态、包装工艺流程的三维可视化监测。最后通过某常温非化学小型物品包装生产车间验证了该方案的可行性,为数字孪生技术在包装制造领域提供了可参考的方案。Under the background of rapid development of digital twin technology and increasingly close integration with manufacturing industry,a packaging workshop monitoring platform based on digital twin is designed to meet the needs of real-time visual monitoring,data analysis,and fault diagnosis of production status in packaging workshops.Twin modeling of packaging workshop entity objects from multiple directions including workshop elements,operational logic,and production status.Based on TCP/IP data collection and transmission,virtual environment simulation of real physical behavior,real-time driving of twin workshop data,and other technologies,three-dimensional visual monitoring of packaging workshop equipment status and packaging process flow has been achieved.Finally,the feasibility of this solution was verified through a certain room temperature non chemical small item packaging production workshop,providing a reference solution for digital twin technology in the field of packaging manufacturing.
