摘　　要：人工智能技术权力,即人工智能技术对利益相关者施以的反向作用、影响或制约力量。立足于技术本身,可以在三个层面解析人工智能技术权力的成因:以技术命令为表征的技术逻辑(权力基础)、以资本逻辑为主导的技术创新(权力扩展),以及以技术使用(者)为载体的社会规范(权力规训)。Chat-GPT是人工智能技术权力不断演进的结果。技术程序、技术优势、技术代码、技术伦理、技术使用等都是ChatGPT技术权力的具体展现方式。The power of artificial intelligence(AI)technology refers to the reverse effect,influence or restriction force exerted by AI technology on its stakeholders.Based on the technology itself,the causes of AI technological power can be examined at three levels:the technical logic represented by technical imperatives(the foundation of power),the technical innovation dominated by capital logic(the expansion of power),and the social norms carried by technical use(or users)(the discipline of power).ChatGPT is the result of the continuous evolution of AI technological power,with technical procedures,technical advantages,technical codes,technical ethics,and technical usage serving as specific manifestations of its technological power.
