摘　　要：目的:分析江苏省DRG政策特征和结构,为完善政策提供参考依据。方法:基于隐含狄利克雷分布(LDA)模型和胡德政策工具,分类整理DRG相关政策;X维度使用LDA模型获取高频词,提取归纳最佳文本主题特征并建立政策主题网络关系图;Y维度使用胡德政策工具分析DRG政策工具的使用情况;最后进行两个维度的交叉分析。结果:共纳入61份政策文本,基于LDA模型得到10个政策主题;基于胡德政策工具共编码财力型、权威型、信息型、组织型政策工具187条,分别占比20.32%、58.82%、7.49%、13.37%。结论:江苏省应继续强化政策目标与政策工具的匹配,细化DRG信息化监管子目标,促进目标间的协同;DRG政策工具的使用应注重权威型工具与其他工具之间的平衡。Objective To analyze the characteristics and structure of DRG policy in Jiangsu Province,and to provide reference basis for improving the policy.Methods Based on the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA)model and Hood policy instrument,DRG-related policies were classified and organized.In the X dimension,the LDA model was used to obtain high-frequency words,extract and summarize the best textual thematic features,and establish the policy thematic network relationship diagram.In the Y dimension,the Hood policy instrument was used to analyze the use of the DRG policy tool.Finally,a cross-tabulation analysis was carried out between the two dimensions.Results A total of 61 policy texts were included,and 10 policy themes were obtained based on the LDA model.A total of 187 financial,authoritative,informational,and organizational policy instruments were coded based on the Hood policy instrument,accounting for 20.32%,58.82%,7.49%,and 13.37%,respectively.Conclusion In Jiangsu Province,it is necessary to continue to strengthen the matching of policy objectives and policy instruments,refine the sub-objectives of DRG informationization supervision,and promote coordination between objectives.The use of DRG policy tools should focus on balancing authoritative instrument with other instruments.
