摘　　要：目的:探讨DRG/DIP付费下儿童专科医院的挑战及应对之策。方法:以常州市某儿童医院为样本医院,分析DRG/DIP付费下医院经济运行情况,并与当地某综合医院进行对比。结果:DRG/DIP付费下儿童专科医院面临新的挑战:传统医疗行为模式“颠覆”、成本核算复杂性增加、病案管理与信息化要求提升、绩效管理与激励机制亟需更新、市场竞争加剧。结论:儿童专科医院亟需健全DRG/DIP成本管控体系及责任督查机制、加强DRG/DIP专题培训学习、加快信息平台建设、完善绩效评价体系,积极应对DRG/DIP付费下医院运行管理的挑战。Objective To explore the challenges and countermeasures of children's specialized hospitals under DRG/DIP payment.Methods Taking a children's hospital in Changzhou City as a sample hospital,the economic operation of the hospital under DRG/DIP payment was analyzed and compared with a local general hospital.Results Under DRG/DIP payment,children's specialized hospitals were facing new challenges,such as"overturned"of the traditional medical behavior model,increased complexity of cost accounting,increased requirements for case management and information technology,urgent updating of performance management and incentive mechanisms,and intensified market competition.Conclusion In children's specialized hospitals,it is necessary to improve the DRG/DIP cost control system and responsibility supervision mechanism,strengthen the DRG/DIP training and learning,accelerate the construction of information platform,and improve the performance evaluation system,in order to actively respond to the challenges of the operational management of hospitals under the DRG/DIP payment.
