摘　　要：目的:分析江苏省某市医疗纠纷处理情况及其影响因素,为完善医疗纠纷处理体系,构建和谐医患关系提供参考。方法:分析样本地区2020—2022年发生的3040起医疗纠纷,应用卡方检验和多因素Logistic回归分析医疗纠纷的风险因素。结果:医疗技术过失案件高发,医疗技术存在局限性;无责任医疗纠纷频发,医患沟通不到位;医疗纠纷赔偿负担沉重,医疗风险分担机制有待完善。结论:提高医务人员综合素质,改善医患关系;加强医疗机构风险管理,提升医疗质量;完善医疗风险分担机制,实现多方共赢。Objective To analyze the medical dispute handling situation and its influencing factors in a city of Jiangsu Province,and to provide reference for improving the medical dispute handling system and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Methods 3040 medical dispute cases occurring in the sample area from 2020 to 2022 were analyzed,and chi-square test and multi-factor logistic regression were applied to analyze the influencing factors of medical dispute risk.Results The incidence of medical technical negligence cases was high,and there were limitations to medical technology.Unreliable medical disputes occurred frequently,and there was inadequate communication between doctors and patients.The burden of medical dispute compensation was heavy,and the mechanism for sharing medical risks needed to be improved.Conclusion It is necessary to enhance the comprehensive quality of medical personnel to improve the doctor-patient relationship,strengthen the risk management of medical institutions to improve the quality of medical care,improve the medical risk-sharing mechanism to achieve a win-win situation for all parties involved.
