民汉一体化教学模式下学生学习效果分析及对策研究——以新疆农业大学机电工程学院为例

摘  要:民汉一体化教学在新疆高校逐步开展并取得了良好的成效。以新疆农业大学机电工程学院民汉一体化教学为例,分析了民汉一体化教学模式下学生学习中所存在的问题,并提出解决问题的对策。通过加强思想教育、开展学业帮扶、合理设置课程、调整考试方式等措施完善教学管理机制,逐步缩小民汉学生差异,掌握有效的民汉一体化教学管理策略,从而改进教风、学风,提高人才培养质量,使民汉一体化教学模式真正取得实效。Ethnic integration teaching has been gradually carried out in universities in Xinjiang and has achieved good results.Taking the school of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Xinjiang Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the problems in the learning of students,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems.By strengthening ideological education,carrying out academic support,designing curriculum,adjusting the examination methods to improve the teaching management mechanism,gradually bridging the gap among students,mastering the effective integration teaching management strategy to improve teaching style,learning style,and the quality of talent training,and obtain actual effect.
