三种学制中西医结合博士生培养质量分析

摘　　要：为了解三年制、四年制、五年制学术型中西医结合博士生的培养质量情况。采取问卷调查与个别访谈相结合的方式,收集四川大学华西临床医学院中西医结合专业博士生科研训练相关资料并进行分析。结果发现,83.7%博士生对科研创新实践能力提升程度非常满意。三年制每周科研投入时间最长,但有59.3%的学生仅开展学位论文研究;四年制参与研究的情况与之相近;有66.7%的五年制学生参与多项研究。三年制的学生学习及心理压力最大,延期毕业率为63.0%。五年制学生人均论文高于三年制和四年制研究生,表明更长学制更有利于中西医结合博士生的科研训练与培养质量。To investigate the quality of scientific research training and cultivation of three-year,four-year,and five-year academic PhD students of Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,by using questionnaire survey and individual interview,the data related to the doctoral scientific research training were collected and analysed among the traditional three-year,the four-year,and the five-year direct doctoral students in the Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Sichuan University.83.7%of all PhD students were satisfied with the improvement of their research innovation and practice ability.The three-year PhD students have the longest weekly research commitment,but 59.3%of the three-year PhD students only conducted dissertation research.All the PhD students interviewed were positively motivated and expected to produce influential research results,with the threeyear PhD students having the strongest study distress and highest psychological pressure.The deferred graduation rate of traditional three-year PhD students was 63.0%.The average publications of PhD students in the five-year system were more than those in the tree and four-year system.The long academic system is more conducive to the quality of research training.
