摘　　要：为应对大模型时代对经济与管理类人才的新需求,通过“Python基础”课程的教学改革,提升学生的跨学科应用能力和技术技能。研究设计了面向学生的学习基础、学习状态、学习效果、课程评价及授课建议的问卷调查,系统地分析了当前教学在激发学生兴趣和实践能力方面的不足。研究提出“T-S-T-T-F”培训教学模式(教师教授—学生自学—团队学习—教师指导—学生反馈),强调通过实践导向的教学设计,利用Python解决真实商业管理问题,增强编程与数据分析能力,促进Python与经管学科的深度融合,为该专业本科生的职业发展奠定坚实基础。This study seeks to meet the evolving demands for economics and management talent in the era of large models by reforming the teaching approach of the Python Fundamentals course to enhance students’interdisciplinary application abilities and technical skills.The study designs a survey targeting students’learning background,learning status,learning outcomes,course evaluation,and suggestions for teaching improvement,systematically analyzes the current teaching shortcomings,particularly in fostering student interest and practical skills development.The study proposed a“T-S-T-T-F”training-based teaching model(teacher instruction–student self-study–team learning–teacher guidance–student feedback),emphasizing practice-oriented teaching design.This model proposes to address real-world business management problems,enhancing students’programming and data analysis skills,promote the deep integration of Python within the economics and management curriculum,laying a solid foundation for the professional development of undergraduate students in this field.
