摘  要:随着军士制度的完善,军士在军队建设中的地位日益凸显,军士组训的能力直接关系到部队军士训练水平。为提升军士组训能力和岗位任职能力,对接为战育人导向,将OBE教学理念融入军士专业组训课程。将OBE理念融入课程设计,从教学内容、教学实施策略、过程评价和课程思政等方面进行探讨。结合军士组训任务和课程特点,提出将组训课程内容按模块划分,突出“专业性”和“重点性”,并探索“教学做”一体化教学模式,综合多种训练方法,提升组训能力。最后,对课程教学团队建设提出措施建议。With the improvement of the non-commissioned officer(NCO)system,the position of NCO in military construction is becoming increasingly prominent,whose ability of training is directly related to the level of military training.In order to enhance the training and job holding abilities of NCO,align with the“cultivating cadets for warfare”orientation,and integrate the OBE teaching philosophy into the professional training courses of NCO,this paper integrates the OBE concept into curriculum design,and conducts in-depth exploration from the aspects of teaching content,teaching implementation strategies,process evaluation,and curriculum ideology and politics.Based on the tasks and course characteristics of sergeant group training,it is proposed to divide the content of the training courses into modules,highlight“professionalism”and“emphasis”,and explore an integrated teaching mode of“teaching-learning-doing”,integrating various training methods to enhance training capabilities.Finally,measures and suggestions for the construction of the curriculum teaching team are proposed.
