摘 要:为研究以热辐射为作用的储罐区域热辐射变化过程,提出了储罐液池热辐射分布模型,并以此研究储罐区域热辐射分布演化过程。基于储罐热辐射特点建立了储罐液池热辐射分布模型,并用于储罐区域热辐射分布演化过程研究。研究认为当储罐泄漏且液池起火后,应以液池总面积作为热辐射源确定储罐区域各位置的热辐射情况。应将液池划分为小单元,分别计算它们的热辐射情况再进行叠加,得到储罐液池热辐射分布模型。随后考虑液池起火时刻和熄灭时刻确定演化关键时刻,基于各储罐的液池热辐射分布得到储罐区域热辐射分布演化过程。研究所得演化过程可表征热辐射分布的变化程度、范围和时间。通过实例得到了演化过程时间轴和各阶段的储罐区域热辐射分布。To study the variation process of the thermal radiation in the tank area,a thermal radiation distribution model of the tank liquid pool was proposed,and the evolution process of the thermal radiation distribution in the tank area was studied.Firstly,the causes,processes,and results of thermal radiation of storage tanks in chemical industry parks are analyzed.Secondly,based on the grid of tank area,the relationship between heat radiation and distance of the tank is established,based on which the calculation of thermal radiation distribution of the tank is obtained,and the concept of thermal radiation distribution of tank liquid pool is proposed.Finally,the evolution process of thermal radiation distribution in the tank area is studied.The research shows that when the tank leaks and the liquid pool is on fire,the total area of the liquid pool should be used as the thermal radiation source to determine the thermal radiation of each position in the tank area.The small unit liquid pool is obtained by division,and their thermal radiation conditions are calculated respectively,and then they are superimposed to obtain the thermal radiation distribution model of the tank liquid pool.Then the critical time of evolution is determined by considering the fire time and extinguishing time of the liquid pool.The evolution process of the thermal radiation distribution in the tank area is obtained based on the thermal radiation distribution of the liquid pool of each tank.The evolution process can characterize the change degree,range,and time of thermal radiation distribution.An example is given to show the analysis process,and the time axis of the evolution process and the thermal radiation distribution in the tank area at each stage are obtained.Finally,the purpose,significance,and future research direction of the method are summarized.
