摘  要:随着我国对于生态文明建设的日益重视,内河船舶水污染物开始进入“零排放”时代。为了准确地掌握内河船舶污染物量产生标准,研究基于长江干线水污染物联合监管与服务信息系统(“船E行”系统)大数据,针对长江内河主力货运船舶(干散货船、集装箱船、液货船)的典型船舶污染物(船舶垃圾、船舶生活污水和含油污水)产生量展开探讨。采用滑动窗口法和95%置信区间法,确立污染物产生量的推荐标准,并通过实船数据的对比分析,进一步表明了所提出标准的合理性和准确性。研究结果有助于完善相关标准规范,加强船舶污染物监管。To effectively understand the standards for pollutant generation from inland river vessels,this study utilizes big data from the Yangtze River Mainline Water Pollutant Joint Supervision and Service Information System,known as the“Ship E Line”system.The research focuses on the generation of typical ship pollutants-including garbage,domestic sewage,and oily wastewater-emitted by major cargo vessels such as bulk carriers,container ships,and liquid cargo ships operating in the Yangtze River's inland waterways.Ship pollutant data were analyzed using the sliding window method and 95%confidence interval approach.The sliding window method begins with the leftmost data point as the starting point and establishes the starting and ending points of recommended intervals based on specific criteria for different pollutants.This method aims to ensure that the area covered by the interval represents 80%of the total area of the original data set.The 95%confidence interval method involves calculating upper and lower bounds for the confidence limits of the statistic,which are determined using the standard error and sample size.Through comparative analysis,this study establishes recommended standards for pollutant emissions from liquid cargo ships by applying the 95%confidence interval method.A single person production quality approximately is 0.39 kg of ship waste per day,with a recommended range of 0.36 kg to 0.43 kg.Additionally,the daily production volume of domestic sewage per person is around 27.7 liters,falling within the recommended range of 26.6 L to 29.1 L.A single ship production volume approximately is 3.6 liters of oily sewage per day,which falls within the recommended range of 3.1 L to 4.1 L.The validity and accuracy of this proposed standard are further supported by comparing data from actual ships operating in the Three Gorges Reservoir area with the pollutant levels identified in this study.
