摘  要:针对油气田开发中土地利用动态性、多样性、综合征的特点,开展了全生命周期各阶段土地利用的综合影响识别研究,采用土地利用动态指数和土地利用转移图谱分析全生命周期土地演化特征,并在此基础上构建基于可持续发展的生态-经济-社会多维度土地利用综合效益评价模型,进而研究了川南某县页岩气开发土地利用综合效益。土地利用变化分析显示,井场建设阶段在平台500 m范围内,林地面积减少了4.6%,而建筑用地面积增加了7.9%;钻井压裂阶段进一步影响了居民活动,因此耕地和草地面积逐渐减少,其中草地面积减少了50%;在稳产到退役阶段,周边建筑用地面积不变,耕地面积动态度指数增加到16.9%,但是林地始终处于减少状态,可能会削弱生态功能。页岩气开发土地综合效益评价表明:从井场建设到钻井压裂阶段,耕地和林地占用引起了生态服务价值减小(B_(8));稳产后耕地恢复可以缓解土地利用结构(B_(3))和生活质量(B_(4))效益水平;压裂和稳产阶段排放的污染物没有得到妥善处理会引起环境质量(B_(7))下降。提升土地管理水平、保障土地复垦质量、优化土地占用模式是提升油气田开发土地利用综合效益,促进土地可持续利用的有效手段。The aim of this study is to enhance sustainable land use in oil and gas field development.It examines the impact of land use throughout the entire lifecycle of oil and gas development,highlighting the dynamic nature of land leasing cycles,the diversity of land use types,and the comprehensive characteristics of their impacts.Additionally,this study employs the land use dynamics index and land use transition map to analyze spatiotemporal variations and the dynamic evolution of land use related to shale gas development.Furthermore,Principal Component Analysis(PCA)was applied for dimensionality reduction to develop a multi-dimensional indicator system for assessing land use benefits based on sustainable development.To address dimensional inconsistencies among the indicators,the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)was used for weight allocation,while Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)was employed for quantitative analysis.The land use analysis of the shale gas development area in southern Sichuan reveals that during the well pad construction phase,forested land within a 500-meter radius of the platform decreased by 4.6%,while built-up land increased by 7.9%.During the drilling and fracturing phase,additional impacts on residential activities resulted in a gradual reduction of arable land and grassland,with grassland decreasing by 50%.From the stable production to the decommissioning phases,the area of surrounding built-up land remained unchanged,while the dynamic index of arable land area has increased to 16.9%.However,forested land continued to decline,potentially weakening ecological functions.The comprehensive land use benefit evaluation of shale gas development indicates that during the transition from well pad construction to the drilling and fracturing phases,the occupation of arable and forested land resulted in a decrease in ecological service value(B_(8)).After reaching stable production,the recovery of arable land contributed to the improvement of land use structure(B_(3))and quality of life(B_(4))benefit
