摘  要:溶解热力设备停用保护残留的十八胺对火电机组启动后的水汽品质合格和安全运行有积极意义。采用了溶液黏度测量方法研究了烷基糖苷和柠檬酸表面活性剂单一组分和复配组分对十八胺溶解性能的影响。研究结果表明,加入2.5%(质量分数)或5%(质量分数)烷基糖苷或柠檬酸后的10%(质量分数)十八胺乳浊液黏度显著下降,从原来的400~2000 mPa·s黏度范围大幅下降到100 mPa·s以下,柠檬酸比烷基糖苷有更好的黏度下降效果。当将总质量分数为2.5%或5%且复配质量比为1∶1的烷基糖苷与柠檬酸复配表面活性剂加入10%(质量分数)十八胺乳浊液时,其黏度进一步下降,低于20 mPa·s,显示APG与柠檬酸有良好的协同增溶作用。The dissolution of residual octadecylamine after thermal equipment shutdown protection has a positive significance for the qualified water and steam quality and safe operation of thermal power units after startup.The influence of single and composite components of alkyl glycosides and citric acid surfactants on the solubility of octadecylamine was studied using solution viscosity measurement method.The results show that after the addition of 2.5%or 5%alkyl glycosides or citric acid,the viscosity of the 10%octadecylamine emulsion significantly decreases from the original viscosity range of 400~2000 mPa·s to below 100 mPa·s.And citric acid has a better viscosity reduction effect than alkyl glycosides.When alkyl glycoside and citric acid composite surfactants with a total concentration of 2.5%or 5%at a compounding ratio of 1∶1 are added to a 10%octadecylamine emulsion,the viscosity further decreases to below 20 mPa·s,indicating a good synergistic solubilization effect between alkyl glycoside and citric acid.
