摘 要:系统研究了不同反冲洗布设方式对V型滤池反冲洗过程中滤料流失量的影响,重点探讨了滤板滤头型、S型滤砖型和T型滤砖型三种布设方式在不同气冲强度、水冲强度及水冲时间下的滤料流失规律。实验结果显示,S型和T型滤砖型布置方式在滤料保持能力上显著优于滤板滤头型。特别是在高气冲强度和长时间水冲条件下,S型和T型滤砖型表现出更为稳定的滤料流失控制能力同时,排水槽高度的增加显著减少了滤料流失,进一步优化了反冲洗效果。因此,选择合适的反冲洗布设方式和排水槽高度,可有效减少滤料流失,提升滤池运行效率并降低维护成本。此研究为V型滤池的设计与优化提供了创新性参考,具有广泛的实践指导意义。This study systematically investigated the impact of different backwash configurations on the media loss during the backwashing process of V-shaped filters.Specifically,it focused on the media loss patterns of three configurations:filter plate nozzles,S-shaped filter bricks,and T-shaped filter bricks,under varying air scouring intensities,water washing intensities,and washing durations.The experimental results showed that the S-shaped and T-shaped filter bricks significantly outperformed the filter plate nozzle configuration in retaining filter media.Particularly under conditions of high air scouring intensity and prolonged water washing,the S-shaped and T-shaped filter bricks demonstrated more stable control over media loss.Additionally,the increase in the height of the drainage channel significantly reduced media loss,further optimizing the backwash efficiency.Therefore,selecting an appropriate backwash configuration and drainage channel height can effectively minimize media loss,enhance filter performance,and reduce maintenance costs.This study provides innovative insights for the design and optimization of V-shaped filters,with broad practical implications.
