双向拉伸型聚丙烯哑光膜的低光泽度机理和共混型哑光母料的研究

摘  要:重点研究高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)与共聚聚丙烯(PP)混合体系、HDPE与共聚PP不同比例混合、拉伸过程中相分离和结晶行为的研究中,双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)哑光膜的生产工艺设备和薄膜哑光机理、系统连续相的变化呈现一定规律。并直接影响到系统的粗化程度,其哑光作用是由于在拉伸过程中表面层共聚PP与HDPE的两相分离,薄膜光泽度的高低与共聚PP与HDPE的含量比例关系密切。共聚PP-HDPE共混哑光系统组的分占、结晶(TC)变化,利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)进行研究,设计出合理的数学函数模型,对哑光料中主要成分含量的变化进行分析。This paper focuses on the study of the phase separation and crystallization behavior in the blend system of copolymerized polypropylene(PP)-high density polyethylene(HDPE),different proportions of copolymerized PP and HDPE during the stretching process,as well as the production process equipment and film matte mechanism of biaxially oriented polypropylene(BOPP)matte film.The changes in the continuous phase of the system show certain regularities.And it directly affects the coarsening degree of the system.Its matte effect is due to the separation of copolymerized PP and HDPE in the surface layer during the stretching process.The gloss level of the film is closely related to the content ratio of copolymerized PP and HDPE.The composition and crystallization(TC)changes of the copolymerized PP-HDPE blend matte system group are studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).A reasonable mathematical function model is designed to analyze the changes in the content of the main components in the matte material.
