摘 要:生物柴油作为一种可再生的环保液体燃料,因其与石化柴油相似的性质而受到广泛关注。小桐子广泛分布于热带及亚热带地区的落叶灌木,因其种子含油量高且适应性强,成为生物柴油生产的理想原料。固定床反应器,作为生物柴油制备的关键技术之一,因其操作稳定、催化剂易回收、反应条件可控等优点,在小桐子制备生物柴油的过程中展现出独特优势。通过系统概况小桐子固定床制备生物柴油的研究进展,包括小桐子的生物学特性、生物柴油的特性与优势、小桐子制备生物柴油的固定床反应技术、当前研究进展、面临的挑战与解决策略以及未来展望,以期为有关研究和生物柴油产业发展提供参考。Biodiesel,as a renewable and environmentally friendly liquid fuel,has attracted widespread attention due to its similar properties to petrochemical diesel.Jatropha curcas,a deciduous shrub widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions,is an ideal raw material for biodiesel production due to its high oil content and strong adaptability in seeds.Fixed bed reactor,as one of the key technologies for biodiesel preparation,has unique advantages in the process of preparing biodiesel from Jatropha curcas due to its stable operation,easy catalyst recovery,and controllable reaction conditions.This article provides a systematic overview of the research progress on the preparation of biodiesel from Jatropha curcas using a fixed bed,including the biological characteristics of Jatropha curcas,the characteristics and advantages of biodiesel,the fixed bed reaction technology for the preparation of biodiesel from Jatropha curcas,current research progress,challenges and solutions,and future prospects.The aim is to provide reference for relevant research and the development of the biodiesel industry.
