摘 要:在“双碳”战略目标实施的背景下,对三氯氢硅生产过程进行能耗管理和采取节能措施显得愈发重要。首先概述了三氯氢硅生产工艺流程,并分析了三氯氢硅生产中的主要能耗环节,进一步以某年产4万t三氯氢硅的化工生产企业为例,进行数据计算及分析,识别出各环节的能耗特点和影响因素,针对性地提出了一系列节能措施,如优化制备工艺、提升反应器热效率、改进冷凝与精馏系统、引入高效辅助设备及智能控制系统等。通过实施这些节能措施,可以显著提升能源利用效率,达到节能降耗的目标,为实现“双碳”目标下的绿色生产提供了有力支持。In the context of the implementation of the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"strategy,energy management and energy-saving measures in the production process of trichlorosilane are becoming more and more important.This paper first outlines the trichlorosilane and its production process,and analyzes the main energy consumption links in the production of trichlorosilane,and further takes a chemical production enterprise with an annual output of 40000 t of trichlorosilane as an example to calculate and analyze the data,identify the energy consumption characteristics and influencing factors of each link,and put forward a series of energy-saving measures,such as optimizing the preparation process,improving the thermal efficiency of the reactor,improving the condensation and rectification system,introducing efficient auxiliary equipment and intelligent control system.Through the implementation of these energy-saving measures,energy efficiency can be significantly improved to achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction,and provide strong support for the realization of green production under the"dual-carbon"goal.
