摘  要:单相铁酸铋(BiFeO3)在室温下同时具有铁电性和反铁磁性两种有序结构,在室温以上同时表现出铁电性和寄生弱铁磁性,被广泛用于吸波材料研究,但是铁酸铋材料本身的吸波性能不超过-10 dB,需要通过掺杂、复合等手段调控电磁参数,增强它的微波吸收性能。文章简述了吸波材料吸波原理以及铁酸铋材料的特点,重点阐述了利用掺杂、复合手段调控BiFeO3电磁特性以及吸波性能的研究进展,最后对多铁性材料未来发展做了简要分析。Due to its ferroelectric and antiferro-magnetic ordered structures at room temperature,single phase bismuth ferrite(BiFeO 3)exhibits both ferroe-lectricity and parasitic weak ferromagnetism above room temperature.Therefore it is widely used in the study ofmicrowave absorption materials.However,the microwave absorbing property of bismuth ferrite is not strong enough to-10 dB,and further modification by do-ping and compounding is needed to improve its electromagnetic parameters.Briefly describes the principle of absorption and the characteristics of bismuth ferrite,with a focus on the research progress in contr-olling its electro magnetic characteristics and absorption performance by doping and compounding.And a brief analysis was made on the future development of multiferroic materials.
