摘　　要：钢骨架塑料复合管作为一种新型环保管材,它结合了金属管材的刚性及塑料管材的韧性,很好地解决了金属管耐压不耐腐、塑料管耐腐不耐压的缺陷,具有双面防腐、耐压、内壁光滑不易结垢、无毒性、导热系数低、寿命长(50年以上)等优良性能。近年来被广泛应用于海洋石油工程等领域。热熔焊接一次成功率高,经济、社会、环境效益显著,具有较为广阔的应用前景和推广价值。Steel skeleton plastic composite pipe as a new type of environmental protection pipe,it combines the rigidity of metal pipe and the toughness of plastic pipe,well solved the metal pipe pressure and corrosion resistance,plastic pipe corrosion and pressure resistance of the defects,with double-sided anti-corrosion,pressure resistance,smooth inner wall is not easy to scale,non-toxicity,low thermal conductivity,long life(more than 50 years)and other excellent properties.In recent years,it has been widely used in offshore oil engineering and other fields.The success rate of hot melt welding is high,the economic,social and environmental benefits are remarkable,and it has a broad application prospect and popularization value.
