摘　　要：封隔器能够精细调控注入与产出的流体流量,同时承受一定工作压差,保障了油气开采过程的生产安全与高效率。封隔器的核心效能来源于它的本身精密设计的密封装置,即胶筒,其耐温耐压性能直接关联并决定了整个封隔器的工作效能与使用寿命。深入剖析了基于纳米流控这一新型封隔器胶筒的市场潜力,采用SWOT方法,建立了一套科学的系统性评价体系,可从多方面评估该新型封隔器材料的市场竞争力与产品的发展前景,进一步预测了该材料的市场未来需求变化趋势,也可为封隔器胶筒材料的可持续开发利用提供参考。The packer can fine-tune the flow rate of injected and produced fluids,and withstand certain working pressure differences,ensuring the safe production and high efficiency of oil and gas extraction.The core performance of the packer comes from its own precision-designed sealing device,the rubber sleeve,whose thermal and pressure resistance directly relates to and determines the entire packer's operational efficiency and service life.This paper analyzes the market potential of an innovative nanofluidic packer rubber sleeve through the use of SWOT analysis and STP analysis,forming a scientific and systematic evaluation system to evaluate the market competitiveness and product development prospects of the new packer material from multiple perspectives.Furthermore,the paper predicts the future trend of market demand for the material and provides reference for the sustainable development and utilization of the packer rubber sleeve material.
