摘　　要：结合装置现场实际案例分析,阐述了保温层下腐蚀的机理,探讨了不同保温材料和保温结构对腐蚀的影响,并提出了相应的优化保温材料和结构的选择,并采用适当的检测技术等措施,可以减缓腐蚀速率,提高设备的运行安全性和经济效益。This paper,based on actual cases from the field,elaborates on the mechanism of corrosion under insulation(CUI),discusses the impact of different insulation materials and structures on corrosion,and proposes the selection of optimized insulation materials and structures.Additionally,it suggests the use of appropriate detection technologies and other measures to reduce the corrosion rate,thereby enhancing the operational safety and economic benefits of equipment.
