摘  要:稀土永磁纳米材料集稀土特性和纳米材料性能于一体,具有独特的光电性质、高的磁能积、高磁感应强度以及良好的化学稳定性,引起了科学家的广泛关注和浓厚兴趣,在高速电机、精密机械、国防军工、航空航天、通信技术等领域具有巨大的应用前景。介绍了稀土永磁纳米材料的制备方法,包括雾化法、单辊法和凝胶燃烧合成法,同时着重介绍了钕铁硼稀土永磁纳米材料、2∶17型钐钴永磁材料和钐铁氮纳米材料三种材料的独特制备方法以及应用前景,综述了它们的研究进展。Rare earth permanent magnet nanomaterials integrate rare earth characteristics and nanomaterials properties,with unique optoelectronic properties,high magnetic energy product,high magnetic induction intensity,and good chemical stability,which have attracted widespread attention and strong interest from scientists.They have enormous application prospects in high-speed motors,precision machinery,national defense and military industry,aerospace,communication technology and other fields.In this paper,the preparation methods of rare earth permanent magnetic nanomaterials,including atomization method,single roll method and gel combustion synthesis method,are introduced.At the same time,the unique preparation methods and application prospects of Nd-Fe-B rare earth permanent magnetic nanomaterials,2∶17 type samarium cobalt permanent magnetic materials and samarium iron nitrogen nanomaterials are emphatically introduced,and their research progress is summarized.
