摘  要:原油重质化导致油的黏度增大,且蜡质易絮凝沉积乃至相分离,其在生产系统的不同部位絮凝并沉淀,严重影响了石油的开采、运输和储存。本文主要从解堵剂构效关系出发,进行高效、环保的解堵剂的开发,并建立解堵性能评价方法。通过偏光显微镜观察和红外光谱分析蜡质结构的主要成分、重要官能团和胶体性质,设计合成马来酸共聚型高分子解堵剂和聚氨酯型分散剂,优化解堵配方,在新合成去蜡剂的基础上,设计解堵剂配方,测试其溶解效果。The replacement of crude oil leads to the increase of oil viscosity,and the wax is easy to flocculation and deposition and even phase separation.Its flocculation and precipitation in different parts of the production system,which seriously affects the exploitation,transportation and storage of oil.This paper mainly starts from the structure-activity relationship of the plugging agent,and establishes the plugging performance evaluation method.The main components,important functional groups and colloidal properties of the wax structure were analyzed by polarized microscopy and infrared spectroscopy,the maleic acid and polyurethane dispersant were designed,and the blocking formula was optimized.On the basis of the new synthetic waxing agent,the blocking agent formula was designed to test its dissolution effect.
