摘　　要：介绍了湿式催化氧化脱硫的基本工艺特点及生产实际运行中的主要调控手段及注意事项等,从优化生产工艺设备,严格控制操作技术参数,强化现场精心操作,加强关联工序的管理及注重脱硫催化氧化再生和脱硫液指标的管控等多方面入手,并结合现场工艺设备配置情况,高效、果断地处理生产中存在生产异常工况,才能保证湿法脱硫系统的长期正常、稳定、高效运行。This article introduces the basic process characteristics of wet catalytic oxidation desulfurization,as well as the main control methods and precautions in actual production and operation,from the optimization of production process equipment,strict control of operation technical parameters,strengthening the careful operation of the site,enhancing the management of related processes and paying attention to the control and control of desulfurization catalytic oxidation regeneration and desulfurization liquid indicators,and combined with the on-site process equipment configuration,we efficiently and decisively deal with the abnormal production conditions in production.In order to ensure the long-term normal,stable and efficient operation of wet desulphurization system.
