摘 要:随着渤海油田勘探开发的不断发展,海上深井、超深井钻井作业越来越多,采用大尺寸井眼深钻逐渐成为新的趋势。然而大井眼深钻通常存在携砂困难、钻井液维护处理量大、井壁失稳等问题,以渤海油田曹妃甸23-X-X井三开?406.4 mm井段为研究对象,通过分段优化钻井液体系,结合现场钻井液维护处理工艺,成功解决了该井段的井眼清洁以及井壁稳定等问题,可为类似大井眼深钻提供工艺借鉴。With the continuous development of exploration and development in Bohai Oilfield,there are more and more offshore deep and ultra deep drilling operations,and the use of large-sized boreholes for deep drilling has gradually become a new trend.However,deep drilling in large boreholes often faces problems such as difficulty in carrying sand,large maintenance and processing of drilling fluid,and instability of wellbore walls.Taking the third section of the Caofeidian 23-X-X well in Bohai Oilfield with a diameter of 406.4 mm as the research object,the drilling fluid system was optimized in sections,and combined with on-site drilling fluid maintenance and processing technology,the problems of wellbore cleaning and wellbore stability in this section were successfully solved.This can provide process reference for similar deep drilling in large boreholes.
