摘  要:选用原材料丰富、成本较低的竹粉碳基固体酸为催化剂,催化低酸值棕榈油中的三棕榈酸甘油酯和甲醇发生酯交换反应制得棕榈酸甲酯生物柴油。以年产10万t生物柴油为目标,通过Aspen Plus软件将其生产工艺进行模拟,主要包括酯交换反应工序和产品分离回收工序。最终得到纯度为97.3%的棕榈酸甲酯生物柴油,年产量为10.3万t,达到预定目标。Methyl palmitate biodiesel was synthesized by transesterification between triglyceride tripalmitate from low acid palm oil and methanol,using carbon-based solid acid as catalyst prepared from bamboo with abundant raw materials and low cost.With an annual output of 100000 t of biodiesel as the target,Aspen Plus software was used to simulate the production process,including transesterification process and product separation and recovery process.Finally,the purity of methyl palmitate biodiesel reached 97.3%,and the annual output was 103000 t,which achieved the predetermined target.
