摘　　要：系统梳理了针对化工园区消防站建设的相关规范、文件要求,以曲靖高新技术产业开发区花山化工园区消防站建设规划选址为例,探讨了当前化工园区消防站选址规划建设的突出矛盾,提出“一园一策、一站一评估”的对策建议。在开展风险辨识,划分响应等级后,主要从选址、通信接警、装备及人员等主要方面进行评估,以期为化工园区消防站的选址规划建设提供参考依据,为后续相关标准规范的出台提供新的思考和维度。This article systematically reviews the relevant specifications and document requirements for the construction of fire stations in chemical industrial parks.Taking the construction planning and site selection of the Huashan Chemical Industrial Park in Qujing High Tech Industrial Development Zone as an example,it explores the prominent contradictions in the current site selection planning and construction of fire stations in chemical industrial parks,proposes countermeasures and suggestions for"one park,one policy,one station,one evaluation",carries out risk identification,divides response levels,and evaluates the main aspects of site selection,communication and alarm reception,equipment,and personnel,in order to provide reference basis for the site selection planning and construction of fire stations in chemical industrial parks,and to provide new thinking and dimensions for the subsequent introduction of relevant standards and specifications.
