摘  要:LIMS系统(实验室信息管理系统)已在国内有几十年应用经验,整个系统基于ISO17025体系框架进行开发,已助力国内众多实验室实现智慧化转型,在提高实验室分析数据可靠性的同时也极大提高了分析效率。某核电厂化学实验室已通过CNAS认可,该实验室前期使用的化学信息管理系统存在功能性缺失,工作效率低、逻辑性差,无法满足CNAS体系要求,主要包括:500余台大小仪器线下管理,存在漏洞;工作过程无法有效控制;数据记录方式过于原始、易出错;智能化低、无法对实现趋势分析;质控控制方法单一等。因此,通过设计一款能全面、自动化、智能化的信息化管理平台,是提升实验室管理、助力实现智慧化学的关键手段。The LIMS system(laboratory information management system)has decades of application experience in China,and the whole system is developed based on the framework of the ISO17025 system,which has helped many domestic laboratories to achieve intelligent transformation,and greatly improved the analysis efficiency while improving the reliability of laboratory analysis data.The chemical laboratory of a nuclear power plant has been accredited by CNAS,and the chemical information management system used by the laboratory in the early stage has functional deficiencies,low work efficiency and poor logic,which cannot meet the requirements of the CNAS system,mainly including:more than 500 large and small instruments are managed offline,and there are loopholes;The working process cannot be effectively controlled;The way the data is recorded is too primitive and error-prone;Low intelligence,unable to analyze the trend of implementation;Single quality control method,etc.Therefore,designing a comprehensive,automated and intelligent information management platform is a key means to improve laboratory management and help realize smart chemistry.
