摘  要:利用危险废物作为原料生产聚合氯化铝,具体涉及一种含铝废碱液及废含磷铝泥的综合利用,在反应釜中将废含磷铝泥、含铝废碱液与除磷调整剂按照计算比例混合,经过加热、固液分离后达到除磷效果。所述除磷调整剂为含氧化铝及氧化钙的复合药剂。经除磷处理后,废含磷铝泥中的氧化铝溶入含铝废碱液中,提高了含铝废碱液的氧化铝含量,即二次含铝碱液,废含磷铝泥中的磷以羟基磷酸钙沉淀物的形式被分离出来,二次含铝碱液经过盐酸、普通铝泥和铝酸钙粉的调整反应,得到聚合氯化铝产品。The production of polyaluminum chloride using hazardous waste as raw material involves the comprehensive utilization of aluminum containing waste alkali solution and waste phosphorus containing aluminum sludge.In the reaction kettle,the waste phosphorus containing aluminum sludge,aluminum containing waste alkali solution,and phosphorus removal adjusting agent are mixed according to the calculated ratio,and after heating and solid-liquid separation,the phosphorus removal effect is achieved.The phosphorus removal adjusting agent is a composite agent containing alumina and calcium oxide.After phosphorus removal treatment,the aluminum oxide in the waste phosphorus containing aluminum sludge is dissolved into the aluminum containing waste alkali solution,increasing the aluminum oxide content of the aluminum containing waste alkali solution,that is,the secondary aluminum containing alkali solution.The phosphorus in the waste phosphorus containing aluminum sludge is separated in the form of hydroxylated calcium phosphate precipitate,and the secondary aluminum containing alkali solution is adjusted by hydrochloric acid,ordinary aluminum sludge,and calcium aluminate powder to obtain polyaluminum chloride product.
