摘 要:石化行业含盐废水具有高盐分、高有机物及复杂的化学成分,严重污染水体并对生态系统造成威胁。通过分析含盐废水的来源、成分及其对环境的影响,结合实验研究,深入探讨了不同膜分离技术在废水处理中的应用。本次研究中,研究人员对试验水样的来源及水质指标进行严格把控,选择反渗透膜、纳滤膜等试验材料以及多种反应装置。通过超滤、纳滤、反渗透等不同膜技术的对比实验,特别是在低含盐量、高含盐量条件下的工艺优化,评估了不同处理技术的效果。研究发现,采用低含盐量耐污染反渗透膜与高压反渗透膜在提高废水处理效率、抗污染能力方面表现突出。本研究的结论表明,高效深度处理技术,尤其是优化的膜分离工艺,能够显著提升石化含盐废水的处理效果,有效降低废水中盐分及污染物含量,降低对环境的负面影响。Saline wastewater in petrochemical industry has high salinity,high organic matter and complex chemical composition,which seriously pollutes the water and poses a threat to the ecosystem.The application of different membrane separation techniques in wastewater treatment was discussed by analyzing the source,composition and influence on environment of saline wastewater,combined with experimental research.In this study,the researchers strictly controlled the source and water quality index of the test water sample,and selected test materials such as reverse osmosis membrane and nanofiltration membrane as well as a variety of reaction devices.The effects of different treatment techniques were evaluated through comparative experiments of different membrane technologies such as ultrafiltration,nanofiltration and reverse osmosis,especially the process optimization under the conditions of low and high salt content.It is found that the use of low salt content and high pressure reverse osmosis membranes is outstanding in improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment and anti-pollution ability.The conclusion of this study shows that the efficient advanced treatment technology,especially the optimized membrane separation process,can significantly improve the treatment effect of petrochemical saline wastewater,effectively reduce the content of salt and pollutants in wastewater,and reduce the negative impact on the environment.
