摘  要:NMP废液在回收NMP的过程中不可避免会产生含NMP的废水,由于NMP能够与水以任意比例互溶,因此废水具有高COD、高氨氮以及总氮的特点。结合废水本身特点,采用“水解酸化+A/O+沉淀”工艺进行处理,文中重点介绍了水质水量、工艺选型及工艺流程、主要构筑物和设备基本设计参数,并对工程运行效果、建设和运行成本进行了叙述分析。运行结果表明,该工艺对COD、氨氮和总氮有很好的去除作用,出水COD≤450 mg/L、NH_(3)-N≤25 mg/L、TN≤35 mg/L,满足《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962—2015)B级标准的同时,又完全符合园区集中污水处理厂的接管要求。NMP waste liquid will inevitably produce NMP-containing wastewater in the process of recovering NMP,because NMP can be miscible with water in any proportion,so the wastewater has the characteristics of high COD,high ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen.Combined with the characteristics of the wastewater itself,the process of"hydrolysis acidification+A/O+sedimentation"was used for treatment,and the water quality,process selection and process flow,the basic design parameters of the main structures and equipment were introduced,and the operation effect and construction and operation cost of the project were described and analyzed.The operation results show that the process has a good removal effect on COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen,and the effluent COD≤450 mg/L,NH_(3)-N≤25 mg/L,TN≤35 mg/L,which meets the class B standard of"Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewers"(GB/T 31962—2015),and fully meets the requirements of the takeover of the centralized sewage treatment plant in the park.
