摘　　要：针对环太湖地区某抗病毒中药生产废水,设计采用“格栅-三效浓缩-调节-UASB-缺氧-PACT-混沉-达标排放”的工艺进行处理,介绍该处理系统的特点、主要工程参数及运行效果。工程运行显示处理出水水质稳定在COD 60 mg/L以下,BOD520 mg/L以下,氨氮8 mg/L以下,总氮15 mg/L以下,SS 30 mg/L以下,色度30倍(稀释倍数)以下,可以满足《中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21906—2008)表2规定的标准要求。该污水处理工艺处理效果稳定,运行费用适中,可以为同类别生产废水的处理提供一个参考和依据。The astewater treatment process of"grille-three effect concentration-adjust-UASB-hypoxia-PACT-mixed sink-standard discharge"was adopted for a traditional Chinese antiviral medicine production wastewater in Taihu Lake region.This article introduces the characteristics,main engineering parameters,and operational effects of the processing system.The engineering operation showed that the treated effluent water quality is stable at COD below 60 mg/L,BOD 5 below 20 mg/L,ammonia nitrogen below 8 mg/L,total nitrogen below 15 mg/L,SS below 30 mg/L,and chromaticity below 30 times(dilution ratio)which can meet the standard requirements specified in table 2 of"Discharge Standard for Water Pollutants of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Industry"(GB 21906—2008).The sewage treatment process had stable treatment effects and moderate operating costs,which can provide a reference and basis for the treatment of similar production wastewater.
