摘 要:本文以8011铝合金铸轧带坯为研究对象,利用光学显微镜(OM)、拉伸试验机研究不同冷却强度对8011铝合金铸轧带坯晶粒组织、中心偏析及室温力学性能的影响。结果表明:冷却强度对8011铝合金铸轧带坯晶粒组织有着重要影响,冷却强度过低,铸轧板晶粒粗大,随着冷却强度的增加,铸轧板皮晶粒逐渐细化;不同冷却强度下铸轧带坯的第二相形态、大小、数量和分布存在明显区别,适当提高冷却强度,可以改善铸轧板力学性能和使用性能,有利于提高产品成品率;不改变其他铸轧工艺条件下,循环水温控制在30~34℃范围内,可获得晶粒组织细小均匀和无中心偏析的铸轧带坯。This paper takes 8011 aluminum alloy cast rolled strip as the research object,and uses optical microscope(OM)and tensile testing machine to study the effects of different cooling intensities on the grain structure,central segregation and room temperature mechanical properties of 8011 aluminum alloy cast rolled strip.The results show that the cooling intensity has a significant impact on the grain structure of 8011 aluminum alloy cast rolled strip.If the cooling intensity is too low,the grain size of the cast rolled plate will be coarse.As the cooling intensity increases,the grain size of the cast rolled plate skin will gradually refine;There are significant differences in the morphology,size,quantity,and distribution of the second phase of the cast rolled strip under different cooling intensities.Increasing the cooling intensity appropriately can improve the mechanical and usability properties of the cast rolled plate,which is beneficial for increasing the product yield.By controlling the circulating water temperature within the range of 30℃~34℃ without changing other casting and rolling process conditions,a casting and rolling strip with fine and uniform grain structure and no center segregation can be obtained.
