摘 要:混凝土实心砖生产其胶凝材料主要以水泥掺比提供砖坯强度,本次试验主要围绕不以砂石为基料,在固废利用的同时降低土地开采,通过采用炼钢冶炼过程产生的冶炼矿渣为骨料,以矿渣微粉为胶凝材料,增加粉煤灰、脱硫石膏为填充料,通过静压压制成型、高压蒸养后,试验生产出MU 20MPa以上的强度的混凝土实心砖产品,在减少冶炼渣露天堆存数量及的同时,也为固体废弃物的再生利用起到积极作用。The production of concrete solid bricks mainly relies on cement content to provide the strength of the brick.This experiment mainly focuses on solid waste utilization and reducing land mining while not using sand and gravel as the base material.By using smelting slag generated during the steelmaking process as the aggregate,slag powder as the binder,and adding fly ash and desulfurization gypsum as fillers,the concrete solid brick products with a strength of MU 20MPa or above are produced through static pressure pressing and high pressure steam curing.While reducing the amount of smelting slag stored in the open air,it also plays a positive role in the recycling of solid waste.
