摘 要:本文通过介绍动力厂煤气加压站进站焦炉煤气二次精脱萘系统的基本组成、工作原理,分析目前焦炉煤气二次精脱萘系统常用活性炭作为吸附剂所存在的问题与不足。研究新型吸附剂和解吸再生工艺,分析探讨了活性炭纤维、生物炭两种吸附剂以及固定床吸附-真空解吸再生、转轮吸附浓缩、固定床吸附-微波辐照解吸三种再生工艺的优点,提出了改进焦炉煤气净化系统脱萘的新方法。This paper introduces the basic composition and working principle of the secondary refined naphthalene removal system for coke oven gas entering the power plant gas booster station,and analyzes the problems and shortcomings of using activated carbon as an adsorbent in the current secondary refined naphthalene removal system for coke oven gas.The new adsorbents and desorption regeneration processes are researched,the advantages of two adsorbents,activated carbon fiber and biochar,as well as three regeneration processes of fixed bed adsorption vacuum desorption regeneration,rotary adsorption concentration and fixed bed adsorption microwave irradiation desorption are analyzed and explored,and a new method for improving the naphthalene removal of coke oven coal gas purification system is proposed.
