摘　　要：本文主要针对酒钢一炼钢连铸机钢包回转台轴承更换,详细介绍了钢包回转台轴承结构工艺,回转台吊装、天车配合吊装方法,轴承回装方法,来实现钢包回转台轴承快速高效的检修更换。This paper mainly focuses on the replacement of bearings for the ladle rotary table of steelmaking continuous caster in JISCO,and introduces in detail the structure process of the bearings for the ladle rotary table,the lifting methods for the rotary table and the crane,and the bearing reinstallation methods to achieve rapid and efficient maintenance and replacement of the bearings for the ladle rotary table.
